Pets:

Please advise us if you have pets.
If so, what type & how many?

Payment Policy:

Payment is due at time of service. We do not bill residences.
If you are a commercial account, we will work out special payment arrangements.

Payment Methods:

Cash, preferably.
*Payments made via personal checks must be authorized.
(should special circumstances arise just call & speak with owner of company)

Cancellations:

Your scheduled time is set aside specifically for you. We are good about sending out email reminders and/or telephone reminders of appointments. Please give us 24 hours notice of a cancellation. That may be done via phone or email. There is a $50 charge for cancellations made within less than 24 hours notice.

Lock-outs:

We charge $50 for lockouts.
Meaning that by no fault of our own, we were unable to gain access to your home.

Home Access:

For first time visits, we would love for you to be home, at least for the first half hour. Many clients leave while we are at their home (which we prefer for insurance reasons) & we call them on their cell phone when we are almost finished. Most ongoing clients choose to loan us a key to their home, with the understanding that the business owner keeps the key locked in a key safe. It's up to the clients how they want to handle allowing us entrance into their homes. A client may leave a key with a neighbor, for example. As long as we can gain entrance upon arrival, we are happy.

Zig Zag:

One of the things that clients often share with me is that they stopped cleanings in the past, due to the service or "lack there of".
I believe I know one reason for what they have described (or at least in part). Sometimes even a really good cleaner can become so accustomed to a house that after a while, they no longer "see" certain things. The same happens with owners. Owners often no longer even notice the fingerprints or dirt or dust bunnies in various places in their homes.
Solution: To avoid this problem, I try (whenever possible) to assign more than one cleaner to a home, but not at the same time. This way our customers can benefit from two professionals & their techniques.

Personal Cleaning Products:

We do have a few clients who, for a variety of reasons, ask us to use at least some of their own products. In cases where clients are willing to provide their own products, we are willing to use them, but we prefer to bring and use our own products.
