- Wash & buff all tubs, showers, toilets, sinks, mirrors
- Wash floors
Every Day Maintenance›
- Vacuum all carpet surfaces
- Clean all hard floor surfaces and wax if requested
- Clean bathroom
- Light dusting of all table top, ledges, and window seals
Commercial Maintenance›
- Vacuum all carpet surfaces
- Sweep and mop all hard floor surfaces
- Clean bathrooms
- Replenish toiletries: Soap & toilet paper dispensers, etc.
- Change garbage bags in all bins requested
- Put garbage in designated garbage disposal receptacle
- Clean front entrance doors and windows (if under 8 feet high)
Please note: We do not supply garbage
bags, toilet paper or soap.
Annual Maintenance› (office
spring cleaning list)
- Vacuum all carpet surfaces
- Sweep and mop all hard floor surfaces
- Clean bathrooms
- Clean appliances interior/exterior: Refrigerator, stove &
microwave, etc.
- Dust all shelving
- Wipe baseboards
- Wash windows interior/exterior on first floor (if under 8 feet)
Adjust Three for Free›
You can take away up to three items from our list & add up
to three of your own to better suit your cleaning needs. All changes
must be made by telephone with our main office so that all important
information is documented for our records & to make sure that
you are getting exactly what you want, every time.
